Liaison Report:

·         Vacant & foreclosed properties in disrepair or unkempt were discussed. Jack informed the committee that if the Association decides to move on a particular property, the owner must be informed by certified mail of the option to correct the violation themselves. If they do not comply within a specified timeline, the Association will complete the work and attach a lien against the property.

·         24-hour “removal of” violation process was discussed at length. It was resolved, with Jack’s input, that the ACC will do the follow-up on the next scheduled work day after the return receipt was received.

·

Executive Session: Convened at 10:15 a.m. and adjourned at 10:40 a.m.

Other Business:

·         Committee schedule March and April was approved and distributed to the members. Joe will e-mail Eva’s to her.

Weeks of March 4 and March 11

Weeks of March 18 and March 24

Weeks of April 1 and April 8

Bob and Randy

·         ACC approved thirteen (13) trees for removal at various CSPOA properties.

·         Allowance for placing of construction debris receptacles were discussed. It was decided that Joe and Randy Smart write up proposed guidelines and a template of a permit for Board approval.

·         Phone calls re: trailer/commercial vehicle was discussed and resolved that a letter was the only way allowed under the DoR to contact an owner of a possible violation.

Next Meeting is April 3, 2019 at 9:30 a.m.
